Our welders hold marine classification certifications for TIG (GTAW) aluminium and MIG/MAG (GMAW) steel welding. Certifications are maintained through annual testing. We can provide weld test certificates and inspection documentation for classification society requirements.
Yes. We fabricate custom rails, arches, brackets, cleats and hardware from 316L marine-grade stainless steel. We work from your drawings, photos of existing parts, or create CAD designs from measurements. Typical turnaround is 1-3 weeks depending on complexity.
Yes. Our certified TIG welders handle aluminium hull plate replacement, crack repair, structural reinforcement and corrosion treatment. We also apply compatible primer and antifouling systems designed specifically for aluminium substrates.
