We primarily use Sunbrella and Sauleda marine-grade acrylic fabrics, which offer UV resistance, mould resistance and colour fastness rated for tropical conditions. For high-wear areas, we also offer marine vinyl (Spradling, Nassimi). All thread is UV-rated Gore Tenara or equivalent.
A quality Sunbrella bimini top lasts 5-8 years in Phuket conditions with proper care. UV exposure, salt spray and monsoon rains are the main degradation factors. We recommend annual washing with marine canvas cleaner and re-proofing every 2-3 years.
Yes. We cut foam to your exact measurements (including templates for curved seating), add drainage cores for quick drying, and sew Sunbrella covers with UV-rated thread. Typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks. We can match existing colour schemes or create new designs.
