Complete hull strip and repaint, teak deck replacement, interior renovation — galley, salon, cabinetry. Documented from haul-out to completion.
The Dragonfly 58, originally from Langkawi, arrived at our Phuket shipyard requiring a comprehensive refit. After years of sailing in tropical waters, the hull showed significant paint degradation and osmosis, the teak decks were worn through, and the interior needed a full overhaul.
Our team of five craftsmen worked through every aspect of the vessel. The hull was completely stripped back to bare laminate, treated for osmosis, faired and repainted. New teak decking was custom-fabricated and installed with precision caulking. Below deck, the galley was demolished and rebuilt, the salon stripped and refurnished, and all cabinetry restored.
The 12-week project was completed on schedule with the yacht returning to the water in better-than-new condition — fresh hull paint, pristine teak decks, and a modernised interior throughout.
